What’s eligible (and what isn’t)

We keep it simple. Here’s what each guarantee actually covers.

Eligible orders

  • Refused by a car rental agency with documentary evidence of refusal
  • Refused by traffic authorities in a supported country with documentary evidence
  • Submitted within 3 years of the order date

Eligible orders

  • Promised processing time was missed (Express: up to 8 minutes, Standard: up to 2 hours)
  • Photo, personal, license and shipping info were complete and approved
  • Application was not waiting on additional documents from your side

Eligible orders

  • Any digital International Driving Permit copy, anytime
  • Lost printed booklet or card: re-shipped to the original address
  • Order never arrived, with tracking history confirming non-delivery

Eligible orders

  • Cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order: full refund
  • Cancelled after the grace period: refund minus 15% printing & handling
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has shipped

A note on upgrades
