How do I get an international driver's license in Iraq?

Getting an international driver’s license (idl), also known as an International Driver’s Permit (IDP), is a document that is used to support your home country driver’s license as agreed by the United Nations during the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic. It is used to translate your driver’s license, be it in English or not, to translate it into 12 of the widely used languages worldwide including Arab.
