Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The payment received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the service/product you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the payment paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation emaiI.
In regards to any/all Payment transactions enter into or involved by International Drivers Association in any of its dealings; the following “Refund Policy Agreement” would be ensued or activated if the other party (including clients, customer, affiliate, third-party) request for a refund, consequent to a monetary transaction. In the case of dissatisfaction or for any other reasons deem fit by the user, before a request of refund for the termination of any on-going service rendered by International Drivers Association is made, we strongly advise for a report for a reason for discontinuity of service by the user, before requesting a refund. Hence, both parties will agree upon termination of service by the terms of which the service is rendered and of this policy, having evaluated and agreed to the reason for termination. We will refund to you 100% of any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Ordered service(s) after the effective date of termination.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and you desire to return your item for a full refund within 7 days. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not acknowledge or accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER number, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

- Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Our policy for return lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery; unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Depending on where you are situated, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may differ.
We do not accept returns of certain items:
- Items with missing information, scratched or altered security holograms;
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery;
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing elements;
- Items issued by other authorities.
International Drivers Association is committed to processing all orders within 24 hours upon receipt of a complete application, along with all supporting files and full payment. Our Digital version is processed and delivered in 2 hours or less on our website in your profile section or via e-mail provision. All orders will be completed according to the information submitted within the documents and application, and will be shipped by the postal service specified during a checkout process. However International Drivers Association reserves the right to send your order via the best mail service for your geographic location. The number of days for shipping is relevant to your geographical location and the shipping method chosen. The status of your order can be checked in real time on our website in your profile section. A tracking number will be provided for all trackable shipping methods. A link will be provided via email to check the status of all deliveries online.
Lost International Driving Permit (IDP)
If you lose your IDP consequent to the delivery of the service to you, we offer replacement service for you only need to pay shipping costs. To request for a replacement service, kindly adhere to the following process:
- First, contact our customer service,
- Tell us your IDL number and name
We will send you the link to pay the shipping fee. Your IDL will be reprinted within 24 hours and mailed to you internationally at no extra cost.

International Drivers Association may from time to time put new Eligibility Criteria in place or update the existing Eligibility Criteria to specify any additional terms and conditions that may apply to a particular benefit. Subject to termination in accordance to the terms of this Policy, International Drivers Association will pay all Reasonable Charges for products ordered up to the respective Policy Limits, less any Excess. A claim can be made under this Policy by submitting a formal written complain to the customer support on International Drivers Association Website or posted to the office address of International Drivers Association. All claims are subject to the provisions of this Policy.
NOTE: IF YOU SENT AN IDL FOR RETURN AND YOUR IDL DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN. YOU WILL WANT IT BACK BECAUSE WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT OR REFUND YOU. IF YOUR DISQUALIFIED RETURN NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE TO PAY DELIVERY FEES TO GET THE ITEM BACK TO YOU. WE WILL NOT SEND A DISQUALIFIED ITEM BACK UNTIL DELIVERY COSTS ARE PAID. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO THOROUGHLY READ THE RETURN POLICY.
